This web site of peoples-needs.com/Ads accessed through this site (collectively "Web Site") and the services provided therein shall only be available to user seeking Items(Produts) or user seeking to post advertisers and be subject to the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions (which are set out below). If you do not accept either or both the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Web Site. Upon your acceptance of the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon you. peoples-needs.com/Ads may revise the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions at anytime without prior notice. You are advised to periodically review the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions. Your access to the Web Site and the peoples-needs.com/Ads’s services will be terminated upon your notice to peoples-needs.com/Ads that any change is unacceptable; otherwise your continued use shall constitute your acceptance of all changes and they shall be binding upon you.

1. Acceptable Web Site Uses

  1. Web users agrees that he/she shall only use the Web Site for lawful purposes and seeking buying items. Web users may send his/her resume directly to any Employer who advertises on or through the Web Site. Alternatively, Job Seeker may send his/her resume to peoples-needs.com/Ads through the Web Site in reply to any job advertisement. In such event, Job Seeker's resume will temporily stored in the peoples-needs.com/Ads's database at his/her own risk till it auto delete it. Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees that his/her resume may be accessed by employer who has registered with peoples-needs.com/Ads for the sole purpose of obtaining and assessing the suitability of Job Seeker.   peoples-needs.com/Ads also reserves the right to edit any Job Seeker’s resume as it sees appropriate to achieve the purpose stated herein and to erase any personal data which peoples-needs.com/Ads reasonably believes that such data are inaccurate having regard to the purpose (including any directly related purpose) for which the data are or are to be used.

    peoples-needs.com/Ads will not release Job Seeker's personal data to any Employer without his/her permission. Job Seeker also acknowledges and agrees that peoples-needs.com/Ads will release his/her brief resume (without his/her name, address and other personal identifiable information) to Employer through the use of peoples-needs.com/Ads's search engine or any other means for the sole purpose of obtaining and assessing the suitability of Job Seekers in relation to any job vacancy. peoples-needs.com/Ads will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any Employer, in breach of the Terms and Conditions, whether in any where, use the Job Seeker's personal data for any use other than for obtaining potential employees. Job Seeker accepts that personal data given to Employer or other users are given entirely at his/her own risk. Also, peoples-needs.com/Ads reserves the right to terminate any services to any Job Seeker should it become aware of any breach by any Employers and/or Job Seekers

  2. Job Seeker agree not to use the Web Site for any of the following purposes which are expressly prohibited:-

    1. Job Seeker shall not post any non-resume related information and/or incomplete, false or inaccurate resume related information
    2. Job Seeker shall not respond to any employment opportunity for any reason other than to apply for the job advertised and Employer shall not respond to any Job Seeker other than in connection with his/her application for a job.
    3. All users shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy or use any personally identifiable information about other users save and except the Database or/and Resumes accessed by the Employer pursuant to Clause 1.a. as above. All unsolicited communications of any type to users is strictly prohibited.
    4. Job Seeker shall not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
    5. Job Seekers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site including, without limitation to, accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorised to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network or sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.
    6. Job Seeker shall not use the Web Site for transmitting, distributing or storing material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in any manner that may infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
    7. All information posted on the Joint Institutions Job Information System (peoples-needs.com/Ads) is reserved for the purpose of personal job search of eligible Job Seekers of participating institutions. Reproducing the information on any other platforms (online or offline) in any forms (as-is or amended) is strictly prohibited. Job Seekers profiting personally in monetary terms (including as hired contractor/employee on a full time/part time/freelance basis) by providing information on peoples-needs.com/Ads to third parties would be subjected to disciplinary actions from the Management Committee of peoples-needs.com/Ads. Any third parties who extract information from peoples-needs.com/Ads for commercial purposes would be subjected to legal actions.

2. Copyright, Trademarks etc.

The graphics, images, editorial content and HTML on the Web Site are the intellectual property of peoples-needs.com/Ads and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded or otherwise duplicated without the express written permission of peoples-needs.com/Ads.  Re-use of any of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and peoples-needs.com/Ads reserves all rights.

3. Responsibility

peoples-needs.com/Ads may not monitor its Web Site at all times but reserves the right to do so. peoples-needs.com/Ads takes no responsibility whatsoever for any material input by any user or others and not posted by peoples-needs.com/Ads. IF USE OF THE WEB SITE OR ITS CONTENTS RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, BY ANY USER, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS AND ANY LOSS AND DAMAGE OF WHATSOEVER NATURE. peoples-needs.com/Ads will use its reasonable endeavoursto ensure that it will exercise their prudence and due diligence in handling the personal data submitted by Job Seekers and the access to and processing of the personal data by such persons is on a "need-to-know" and "need-to-use" basis. peoples-needs.com/Ads will use its reasonable to protect the personal data against any unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure of the personal data.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the Web Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of respective country where you registered.


Caution of violation of discrimination ordinances

  1. The statement listed on the job advertisement postings template on peoples-needs.com/Ads that make sure the employers submit job advertisement postings that complies with the Sex, Disability or Family Status Discrimination Ordinances:

    4. In compliance with the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance, information provided by the Job Seekers will be used only for selection and employment-related purposes and will only be made accessible to staff involved in the recruitment process of my company.

  2. The statement that is listed on the Apply Details section of the job advertisement postings template for the employers that requires job applicants to attach photos for applying to the job positions posted by the employers on peoples-needs.com/Ads:

    In accordance with the Sex, Disability or Family Status Discrimination Ordinances, photos of candidates cannot be requested. For collection of personal data, please refer to the relevant statement shown on the page of job advertisement postings.

  3. The statement that notifies the employers if they violate the Sex, Disability or Family Discrimination Ordinances:

    Please be informed that in accordance with the Sex and Disability Discrimination Ordinances, discriminatory advertisements on the grounds of sex, disability, marital status or pregnancy cannot be published and photos cannot be requested. For collection of personal data, please refer to the relevant statement shown on the page of job advertisement postings.

Guidelines for Job Postings on peoples-needs.com/Ads

  1. All postings must be appropriate for university Job Seekers or fresh graduates at degree level or above. The maximum no. of working experience required should be NO MORE than 2 years.
  2. Employer/advertiser MUST submit the VALID company registration copy for verification. Posting request will NOT be processed in the absence of this valid document.
  3. Employer/advertiser All contentstotally responsible of Employer and before active jobs will send confrimation email to Employer too.
  4. Advertisers MUST provide email contact with company domain name.
  5. All postings must comply with the Minimum Wage Ordinance.
  6. Make sure to provide as much information as possible regarding the company, position, job description, work location, requirements and application process.
  7. Posting requests for private tutoring will not be processed.
  8. Only one position can be advertised in each posting.
  9. Unless an earlier closing date is indicated, all postings are for a period of 30 days after which the posting will be removed. Duplicate postings for the same club, learning center, company or organization are NOT allowed. Postings may be re-submitted for a subsequent posting period.
  10. No postings for third party recruiters are allowed. Third party recruiters refer to agencies, organizations or individuals recruiting candidates for employment opportunities other than their own needs.
  11. peoples-needs.com/Ads does not accept postings for volunteer work/ work without pay.
  12. No postings will be made for an employer who does not practice equal opportunity.
  13. Dubious postings exaggerating the number of vacancies will not be processed.
  14. Same jobs (title or job description) cannot be posted within 2 weeks from the posting start date.
  15. Photos cannot be requested.

peoples-needs.com/Ads reserves the right to change the guidelines at any time and without prior notices.

In case of any dispute arising from the guidelines, the decision of peoples-needs.com/Ads shall be final.
